Hailey John is training Level 10/Junior Elite at Orlando Metro Gymnastics in Central Florida. She trains under Head Coach Jeff Wood and Christi Mitchell. Floor Choreographer (Olga Dunaeva).
Hailey began gymnastics when she was five years old and competed in her first meet in
2010 and has not looked back!

In 2013, Hailey began her pursuit of becoming an Elite Gymnast when she qualified for the National TOPs B Team. She has participated in the Elite Developmental Training Camps at the National Team Training Center in Huntsville, Texas.
During the 2014 season as a Level 7 gymnast, Hailey placed first in all four events as well as the all around at both the FL State Championship and the Level 7 Regionals where she had the honor of representing Team Florida. Her 38.650 score at Regionals was the highest score of the meet. The following year, in 2015, Hailey earned first place in all four events, as well as having the highest AA score, at the Level 8 FL State Championships earning her another opportunity to represent Team Florida at Regionals in Alabama. At the Level 8 Regional meet, Hailey earned first place on beam and third place all around with a score of 38.475.
During the 2014 season as a Level 7 gymnast, Hailey placed first in all four events as well as the all around at both the FL State Championship and the Level 7 Regionals where she had the honor of representing Team Florida. In 2016, Hailey is the Florida State Champion in Level 9 with the highest AA score out of all Level 9 Gymnasts 38.325. Hailey earned first place on beam, bars and floor in her age division. Hailey also qualified for HOPES Classic with a first place AA score of 50.200. She finished off the season at the HOPES Classic successfully going 4/4.
2017 she competed her first level 10 season winning the AA Florida State Championship for her age division. Hailey was also state champion on beam (9.625) and floor (9.425) competing many new upgraded skills. She also qualified for the HOPES Classic for the second year in a row. At the
HOPES Classic she then qualified to compete at the HOPES Championships in Chicago in July 2017. Hailey earned a bronze medal on beam and was in the TOP 10 AA at the Championship Meet!
In 2018, Hailey was 2nd AA (37.500) at the Level 10 FL State Championships, placing 1st on beam (9.500) and floor (9.575). She also qualified for JO Nationals with a 3rd AA score of 37.450. Hailey finished out the JO Season at the National Championships in Cincinnati with a 9th AA Score of 37.650. She also earned a silver medal on beam (9.675). It was a great first experience at JO Nationals! Earlier in the season Hailey qualified Elite Compulsory 1st AA (36.500) and will now continue pursuing Elite during the next few months. In January 2019, Hailey qualified for the Nastia Liukin Cup, Junior at the Sand Dollar Invitational. In March, she placed 1st AA at the Florida Level 10 State Championships, 2nd at Region 8 Regionals and qualified for JO Optionals Meet.
The 2020 season came to an unforeseen early close due to COVID-19 but Hailey was able to compete five meets up until that time. She earned 1st AA at Sand Dollar Invite, 2nd AA at both City of Lights and Tim Rand Invitational. Tim Rand AA score was 38.325, 2nd place.
CURRENT GOALS:

- Hailey's current goals are to qualify to become a Junior Elite Gymnast
- Hailey's longterm goals are to make the National Team and represent the United States at the highest level.
- On July 23rd 2018, Hailey verbally committed to Auburn University on a full athletic gymnastics scholarship! WAR EAGLE!
